9. Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations on any bespoke orders eg. library stock once an approval note has been received and an invoice issued. Pre-made collections can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
10. Replacements
Titles in all our collections may be replaced if those pictured are not available at the time of purchase. Any such titles will be replaced with a similar book for the equivalent cost.
